A marble plaque, in Hungarian and Polish was unveiled on September the 28th in Warsaw's Żoliborz, at St. Stanislaus Kostka church, which for years was home to father Jerzy Popiełuszko.
The choice of this burial place was dictated by Felczak's close links to the Tatra Mountains, which he established while secretly crossing the border as an underground movement courier.​
